Do you take requests and can the volume of music be controlled?
A. Yes, Life of the Party gladly takes requests. This is your event and
what YOU want is played and you can determine at what volume. For dinner
and cocktail hours, background music is played. Then it is time to party
and dance.

How do you dress for an event?
A. Life of the Party will dress to impress. From suit, tuxedo to casual
you will decide on the attire. Life of the Party will wear tuxedos at
all weddings.

What kind of music do you have?
A. The music ranges from oldies, beach, disco, country, classic rock,
80's, and today's top 40, R&B, and audience participation songs.
Q.
How do you help me plan my event?
A. Life of the Party will provide you with an event/wedding planner to
assist you in planning your event. You can arrange a meeting with Robert
Batson prior to your event to discuss your music needs. Robert recommends
a second meeting approximately one month prior to your event to finalize
all the details. Also, contact can be made at anytime by email or phone
to answer any questions or changes that may arise.

What is the deadline to reserve the date, and how do I confirm the date?
A. Since Saturdays are popular wedding reception dates, it is recommended
that you schedule your date 6-9 months in advance to ensure availability.
However, bookings can be made for any event anytime, providing the date
is available. A small non-refundable retainer is required along with a
signed contract to hold your date. This retainer will be applied toward
your outstanding balance which is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

Do you provide references?
A. Life of the Party proudly offers references upon request and will gladly
give you a list of references and some of the locations where music has
been provided.

What types of special effects do you have?
A. Life of the Party has a wide variety of special effects including bubble
machine, fog with laser lights, strobe lighting, and starlight ball. Lights
package will be included at additional charges.

What if Life of the Party is booked on the date requested?
A. Life of the Party will gladly recommend you to another reputable DJ
in the area for your event.
Q.
Does Life of the Party provide discounted rates?
A. Discounted rates are available for parties scheduled for Monday-Thursday.
Q.
What other event will Life of the Party provide entertainment?
A. School dances, proms, private parties, Christmas, New Years, Reunions,
Birthdays, Halloween, Pool parties, Theme parties, St. Patricks Day, and
any event you request!
